We are hiring a full-time Program Analyst to support the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Joint Hypersonics Transition Office (JHTO). In this role, you will oversee the University Consortium for Applied Hypersonics (UCAH) budget and spend plan for ongoing UCAH projects over the life span of the awards. You will also serve as the focal point supporting the JHTO as the acquisition specialist for UCAH Operations, the JHTO Director, and members of the University Consortium. Additionally, you will be the liaison between the Government Contracting Office (GCO) and JHTO to obtain information supporting UCAH Science and Technology applied research projects providing high quality acquisition oversight, monitoring and subsequently resolve contract related issues. We are hiring a senior analyst with JCIDS (Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System) Subject matter expertise to support the Navy Expeditionary Combat Enterprise (NECE) JCIDS project, which includes other stakeholder equities, given tasks originally derived from OPNAV N957 requirements. In this role, you will analyze current joint doctrine, naval operations concepts, and existing program documentation and reports for select mission area(s). Additionally, you will work within the JCIDS process to develop formal JCIDS products for mission area(s). Formal JCIDS products may include but not limited to the Capability Based Assessment (CBA), DOTmLPF-P Change Recommendation (DCR), and Initial Capabilities Document (ICD) used to evaluate the efficacy of legacy architectures and new technologies and capabilities applied in new naval/mission concepts to meet evolving joint mission objectives. The Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) is the formal United States Department of Defense (DoD) process which defines acquisition requirements and evaluation criteria for future defense programs. JCIDS is intended to guide the development of requirements for future acquisition systems to reflect the needs of all five services by focusing the requirements generation process on needed capabilities as requested or defined by one of the US combatant commands. In an ideal implementation of the JCIDS process, regional and functional combatant commanders give early and continuous feedback into the acquisition and sustainment processes to ensure their current and evolving requirements are known and met.

We are hiring a full-time Sr. Acquisitions Analyst to support the Industrial Base Analysis and Sustainment (IBAS) program within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Industrial Base Policy (IBP). The IBAS program is dedicated to ensuring that the Department of Defense is positioned to effectively address industrial base issues and support the National Security Innovation Base. We are seeking candidates with an understanding of federal acquisition management and experience supporting a project from concept to completion. In this role, you will employ careful analysis and effective communication to keep Defense Industrial Base Workforce Development Initiatives on a productive path. While you will primarily work from home, you must currently live or be willing to relocate to the greater Washington DC Metro area in order to attend meetings at our client sites in Falls Church, VA & Alexandria, VA with minimal notice at times.
