Formal JCIDS products may include but not limited to the Capability Based Assessment (CBA), DOTmLPF-P Change Recommendation (DCR), and Initial Capabilities Document (ICD) used to evaluate the efficacy of legacy architectures and new technologies and capabilities applied in new naval/mission concepts to meet evolving joint mission objectives.
